Is Crosspoint Capital Asia regulated?

We are regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and hold a Capital Markets Services (CMS) Licence issued by MAS as a Licence Fund Management Company (LFMC).

Do you offer access to private markets and alternatives?

Yes. Qualified clients can access private equity, real estate, and co-investment opportunities vetted by our investment committee.

Where are your clients from?

Our client focus is within South East Asia, but we serve clients globally, especially those with cross-border assets, tax residency, or family structures.

What does it mean to be an Accredited Investor?

Accredited Investors are defined in Section 4A(1)(a)(i) of the Securities and Futures Act 2001 (“SFA”), as (a) individuals whose net personal assets exceed S$2 million or whose income in the preceding 12 months is not less than S$300,000; or (b) corporations whose net assets exceed S$10 million. How are client assets held or safeguarded?

Client assets are held with independent, MAS-regulated banks, custodians and trustees. Crosspoint Capital Asia does not hold client monies directly.
